Chicken Essence | to taste |

How To Make

Soak to wash away the saltiness.

Peel, remove the seeds, and slice.

Add dried tofu, sliced gourd, and garlic to boiling water. Cook until the gourd is soft, then add salt, chicken essence, and sesame oil. Done! You can also add some shredded meat for extra flavor. I'm keeping it simple during my fat loss period.
