Fruit Yogurt Oatmeal

Fruit Yogurt Oatmeal
After trying overnight oats for half a month, I've lost 7 pounds. You can refer to other bloggers for the recipe, but this one is tailored for my parents. Since it’s winter, I considered that they might not want to eat cold overnight oats straight from the fridge in the morning. So here’s a quick non-overnight version!

Materials

yogurt one serving
water half a bowl
seasonal fruits two types

How To Make

  1. Half a bowl of old-fashioned rolled oats. Since you'll need to stir it later, it's best to use a larger container.

  5. Stir it all together and enjoy! This dish is very filling, and if eaten continuously for a week, it can help reduce appetite and make the flavor milder.
