Spicy and Crispy Pickled Bamboo Shoots

Bamboo Shoots | 300g |
Oil-Infused Chili Flakes | 1 tbsp |
Minced Garlic | 1 tsp |
Salt | 1 tsp |
Toasted White Sesame Seeds | 1 tsp |
How To Make

First, peel and wash the bamboo shoots. Then cut them into sections and slice them thinly.

Cut the bamboo shoots into thin strips according to your preference.

After cutting the strips, sprinkle some salt over them and mix well. Let them marinate for about 10 minutes.

Once the bamboo shoots become tender, prepare a bowl of clean water or cold water to rinse off the saltwater. Rinse them thoroughly to remove as much salt as possible.

Pour oil-infused chili flakes into a bowl.

Add selected original flavor dipping sauce to the bowl.

Finally, add a little bit of toasted white sesame seeds and minced garlic.

Mix everything well and set it aside.

After draining the rinsed bamboo shoots, squeeze out as much water as possible and place them on a plate.
