Stir-Fried Small Celery with Smoked Tofu (Low-Calorie)

Materials
Smoked Tofu | 500g |
Small Celery | 400g |
Scallions, Ginger, Garlic | To taste |
Soy Sauce | 1 teaspoon |
Salt | A pinch |
Monosodium Glutamate | A pinch |
Cooking Oil | 2 teaspoons |
How To Make

Rinse the smoked tofu and cut it into strips.

Cut the strips not too thin to avoid breaking or crumbling during stir-frying. Clean and cut the small celery into sections.

Heat oil in the pan and sauté the chopped scallions, ginger, and garlic. Add the small celery and stir-fry on high heat, adding a teaspoon of soy sauce.

Once the celery is wilted, add the tofu strips to the pan. Stir-fry on high heat until the tofu releases its aroma, then season with a little salt and monosodium glutamate.
