Quick Version - Crab Stick and Thin Bamboo Shoots in Dipping Sauce
I love cold dishes the most in summer. How could I miss my favorite crab sticks and thin bamboo shoots? The selected seafood dipping sauce is fresh, spicy, refreshing, and delicious. With this sauce, even a novice can become a great chef!

How To Make

Take a photo of the main ingredients~ Soaked thin bamboo shoots + crab sticks bought from the online store + selected seafood dipping sauce.

Finely chop a small chili pepper and a cilantro for later use. Clean the ingredients, cut open the thin bamboo shoots, and tear apart the crab sticks.

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add the shredded crab sticks, blanch for 30 seconds, then drain.

Blanch the thin bamboo shoots in boiling water for 3 minutes, then drain.
