Step 2: Combine ingredients 1, 2, and 3, and whisk until well mixed. Taste and adjust the seasoning to your liking. You can marinate overnight for more flavor. When grilling, line the baking tray with parchment paper, shape the mixture into small balls, and bake at high heat until both sides are crispy—about 8 minutes on one side and 5-8 minutes on the other. Let sit for five minutes before serving.
