Lazy Rice Dish - Stir-fried Bamboo Shoots with Shredded Meat

How To Make

Clean the ingredients and cut the meat into strips.

Soak the dried bamboo shoots overnight.

Cut the soaked bamboo shoots into small cubes. Dice the garlic and millet pepper.

Heat oil in a pan, wait for the oil to heat up, then add the shredded meat.

Stir-fry the shredded meat until it changes color.

Stir-fry for a while, then add soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, oyster sauce, monosodium glutamate, and 1 bowl of water.
