Sauce Noodles with Pig Lungs, Radish, and Beef

Sauce Noodles with Pig Lungs, Radish, and Beef
It rains every day in Liuzhou. I wanted to enjoy some sauce noodles but had to step out to get it. So, I decided to experiment at home. It's been a while since I've had it, but the flavor still turned out quite close to what I remember. In my quest for a delicious sauce noodle dish, I began to research sauces! 🤭 1. 1 tablespoon of sesame paste, 3 tablespoons of ketchup, 4 tablespoons of water, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 5 tablespoons of white vinegar. 2. Take 5 cherry tomatoes 🍅, score them with a cross, blanch to remove the skin, place in a bowl, and crush with a rolling pin. 3. In a pan, heat oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, add step 2, stir to melt, then mix in step 1, plus 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce. Once done, top with freshly chopped cilantro and drizzle with hot sesame oil! 👌 I love it spicy, but since someone in my home doesn’t eat spicy food, I just have to settle for adding some chili powder myself.
