How To Make

1. Peel and wash the bamboo shoots, then cut them into shreds

2. Bring water to a boil, add salt and cooking oil. Blanch the bamboo shoots for one minute, then remove from heat and plate

3. Heat oil in a pan, fry the scallion segments until golden brown, then remove from heat

4. Place shredded scallions and red bell pepper on top of the bamboo shoots, drizzle with hot oil, and add an appropriate amount of steamed fish soy sauce

5. In less than ten minutes, a super simple and delicious rice dish is complete~
