How To Make

Prepare 3 small pigeons and wash them thoroughly with clean water.

Get all the ingredients ready. Soak 8 dried mushrooms in cold water for about 20 minutes, and wash the goji berries clean.

Prepare red dates.

In a pot, boil the 3 pigeons in cold water over high heat. Once boiling, skim off the white foam and oil that floats to the surface. Clean the mushrooms by removing the roots ahead of time, then add the chopped mushrooms when the water boils and reduce to medium heat.

After half an hour, sequentially add the soaked mushrooms, red dates, goji berries, and sweet corn. Continue simmering over medium heat for about an hour, keeping an eye on the water level. It's advisable to have a kettle of hot water ready (I used two kettles).

After one hour, add salt and sugar. After two to three minutes, turn off the heat and serve. In the final step, add an appropriate amount of pepper according to personal taste.
