Dried shiitake mushrooms

Soak 4-5 pieces (I used four because they were larger)

Once the shiitake mushrooms are soaked, cut them into bite-sized pieces

Clean and chop the green and red peppers, and the white jade mushrooms for later use

Heat oil in a pan; once hot, add the shiitake mushrooms to sauté and remove excess moisture, then add green and red peppers and stir-fry evenly.

After evenly stir-frying, add oyster sauce, soy sauce, and salt.
