Spicy and Sour Cold Dish with Lotus Root, Chicken Feet, and Shrimp
Weidamei Thai Spicy and Sour Sauce has a mild spicy flavor but is particularly fragrant.

How To Make

After blanching the chicken feet for ten minutes and letting them rest for five minutes, remove them and rinse with cold water. Cut off the bones and halve them. At this point, the chicken feet will be quite tender; if you prefer a firmer texture, you can reduce the blanching time.

After boiling the lotus root slices for ten minutes, rinse them with cold water. Do the same for the large shrimp after they are cooked.

Add a packet of Weidamei Thai Spicy and Sour Sauce. I used more ingredients and added some water. Seal it and place it in the refrigerator. Chill for 2 hours.

Finally, serve it with iced sour plum soup. It's incredibly delicious, and the lotus root slices are even tastier than the chicken feet.
