Delicious Stir-Fried Shiitake Mushrooms with Wood Ear and Carrots
Materials
Wood ear mushrooms | 1 handful |
Carrot | 1 piece |
Shiitake mushrooms | 6 pieces |
How To Make
-
Soak a handful of wood ear mushrooms in advance.
-
Clean 6 shiitake mushrooms thoroughly.
-
Slice the shiitake mushrooms.
-
Shred the carrot.
-
Cut a small amount of ginger into shreds.
-
Rinse the soaked wood ear mushrooms and cut them into small pieces.
-
Prepare a bowl of sauce: a small amount of water, starch, oyster sauce, 'thirteen spices', and chicken essence.
-
Start stir-frying. Once the oil is hot, add the ginger shreds. After a few seconds, add the carrot. Stir-fry for less than a minute, then add the wood ear mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms. The pan will be quite dry, so add a little water. Stir-fry for 2 minutes, ensuring the shiitake mushrooms are well cooked. Once the water is almost gone, add the prepared sauce, stir for a bit, then add salt. The pan will become increasingly sticky. Stir a few times and it's ready to serve.
