Carrot Glutinous Rice Balls 🥕

Carrot Glutinous Rice Balls 🥕
Previously, I only steamed pure glutinous rice balls, but this time I added some carrots to try it out 😋 (Make sure to use glutinous rice, other types won't work).

Materials

Carrot 1 piece
Glutinous Rice I used a handful, the rest can be steamed and eaten.
Egg 1 piece
Soy Sauce 4 tablespoons (omit if you don't like it)
Salt 2 tablespoons from the salt container
Meat 500 grams
Green Onion 2 stalks (omit if you don't like it)

How To Make

  1. Chop the carrots finely. The meat can be ground at the butcher's or you can chop it finely yourself.
