Celery Leaf Steamed Buns

Celery leaves | 100g |

How To Make

Wash the celery leaves thoroughly.

Boil water in a pot, add the celery leaves, and blanch for 1 minute before removing.

Drain the water and chop the leaves finely.

Mix the corn flour, all-purpose flour, soybean flour, and salt together.

Dissolve the yeast in warm water and stir, then add it to the flour mixture.

Add the chopped celery leaves and mix well.

Gradually add water while stirring until it forms a shaggy dough, then knead it into a ball.

Divide the dough into 80g portions, and make a small indentation in each to shape the steamed buns.

Place the shaped buns in a warm area to rise for 50 minutes.
