Glutinous Rice Flour | 40 grams |
How To Make

Peel the yam, cut it into small pieces, and steam it for 10 minutes at speed 1.

Blend the steamed yam for 10 seconds at speed 10 until it becomes a puree.

Add glutinous rice flour gradually; start with a small amount and add more as needed. Mix at speed 3, gradually increasing to speed 6 for 20 seconds.

This is the mixed state, ready to form into balls.
