Deliciously light 'Stir-fried Celery with Dried Sausage'... In northern China, making dried sausage is a must for the New Year. It's usually served steamed or stir-fried, and it’s simply amazing! 😍😍😍 It's savory and tasty😋. Friends from the south can substitute with Chinese sausage!✌️✌️✌️
Materials
Celery | 3 stalks |
Carrot | 1 |

Scallion | 1 stalk |
Salt | 1 tablespoon |
Chicken essence | 1 tablespoon |
Light soy sauce | 1 tablespoon |
Oyster sauce | 1 tablespoon |
Cooking oil | 2 tablespoons |
How To Make

Cut the celery into sections.

Slice the carrot.

Slice the dried sausage; I used steamed dried sausage.

Chop the scallions.

Add water to a pot, bring to a boil over high heat, add half a tablespoon of salt, a few drops of cooking oil, stir well, then add the celery and carrot🥕. Blanch for forty seconds.

Drain and rinse in cold water.

Heat oil in a pan; when hot, sauté the scallions until fragrant.

Add the celery, carrot, and dried sausage; stir-fry on high heat for one minute.

Add salt, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce, and stir-fry evenly.

Add chicken essence for seasoning before serving.
