Dark Soy Sauce | .5 tablespoon |
Sugar | .5 tablespoon |
How To Make

Soak the wood ear mushrooms in advance, add some starch to wash them, and then remove them. Prepare onions and carrots, cut into shreds.

Here comes the most important sauce~ Add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, half a tablespoon of dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 2 tablespoons of starch mixed with water.

Beat 3 eggs in a bowl and set aside.
