Toast | 2 slices |
Salt | to taste |

How To Make
-
Shred the cabbage.

Crack 6 eggs into a bowl and add a pinch of salt and black pepper.
-
Whisk the eggs until well mixed.
-
Heat a little olive oil and fry the ham until golden on both sides.
-
In a frying pan, add a bit of olive oil and pour in the cabbage and egg mixture. Cut a slice of toast in half, then dip each half in the egg mixture before flipping them.
-
Once the egg mixture sets, flip it over.
-
Fold the excess egg over the toast.
-
Place the fried ham on top.
-
Add a slice of cheese and some shredded meat on top of the ham.
-
Squeeze some salad dressing and ketchup on top.
-
Fold the sandwich in half and sprinkle with parsley.
