Sauce Grilled Bamboo Shoots

How To Make

Prepare the ingredients.

Wash the bamboo shoots without peeling them.

Put the bamboo shoots in a pot of cold water and add 1 tablespoon of salt.

Boil the bamboo shoots for 20 minutes.

Remove the cooked bamboo shoots and let them cool.

Heat the oil in a pan and add 10 grams of it.

Stir-fry the spring onion and ginger until fragrant.

Add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce.

Add 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce.

Add 1 tablespoon of sugar for freshness.

Add 3 grams of vegetable seasoning.

Add 3 grams of white pepper powder.

Pour in water.

Simmer to make a thick sauce.
