Brussels sprouts 1 handful
Salt to taste
Oil as needed
Sesame seeds to taste
Shallots 2
Garlic 2 cloves
Black pepper to taste

How To Make

  1. Wash the Brussels sprouts thoroughly, remove the stems, and cut them in half. Blanch them in boiling water with some salt for 10 minutes. Once cooked, drain the water. Heat a pan, add oil, and sauté sliced shallots and garlic until fragrant. Add the Brussels sprouts, toss to coat evenly, sprinkle with salt and black pepper, drizzle with water, cover, and steam for 2 minutes. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
