Braised Pork Ribs with Radish

Garlic | 3 cloves |
Cooking Wine | 10ml |
Light Soy Sauce | 20g |
Dark Soy Sauce | 10g |
Rock Sugar | 10g |
Water | 800ml |
Salt | 4g |

How To Make

Cut the radish into chunks. Blanch the pork ribs with cooking wine and ginger slices.

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic to sauté, then add the pork ribs and sear briefly. Add rock sugar, cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and star anise.

Pour in 800ml of water and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on medium-low heat for about 20 minutes. Add the radish, cover again, and simmer for another 20 minutes. Finally, add the scallions and salt.
