Spicy Garlic Brussels Sprouts
A study published by the Harvard Health Letter recommends five foods that contribute to health: Brussels sprouts, blueberries, salmon, yogurt, and nuts. Notably, Brussels sprouts, believed to have cancer-fighting properties, rank first.
