Asparagus | 1 stalk |
Salt | 1 teaspoon |
Sugar | 1 tablespoon |
White Vinegar | 2 tablespoons |

How To Make

Peel and clean the asparagus.

Slice into thin strips and marinate with a teaspoon of salt for 10 minutes.

Drain the excess water, and add 1 tablespoon of sugar and 2 tablespoons of white vinegar.

Add a drizzle of sesame oil and mix well.

Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, then pour over the asparagus and mix thoroughly.
