Super Satisfying‼️ Delicious and Filling 🥗 Shrimp, Crab Sticks, and Potato Salad
Materials
Shrimp | 8 pieces |
Eggs | 2 pieces |
Potato | 1 piece |
Corn kernels | 50g |
Carrot | 50g |
Cabbage | 4-5 leaves |
Garlic | 3-5 cloves |
Lemon juice | 1/4 piece |
Light soy sauce | 1.5 tbsp |
How To Make

Dice the carrots

Slice the cabbage

Peel and cut the potatoes into pieces

Steam together with the eggs for 15 minutes

Remove the eggs and place them in cold water

Peel and cut the eggs into pieces

Dice the crab sticks

Pan-fry the minced garlic with a little olive oil and set aside

Prepare a sauce: 1 tbsp light soy sauce + fried minced garlic + 2 tbsp low-fat mayonnaise + 100g unsweetened yogurt + some sea salt, black pepper, and a little lemon juice

Boil the corn kernels and diced carrots

Pan-fry the potatoes with a little oil until golden on the surface

Marinate the shrimp with cooking wine, 1/2 tbsp light soy sauce, and freshly ground black pepper for 20 minutes

Pan-fry the shrimp until both sides are golden

Heat a little oil and stir-fry the cabbage until slightly cooked

Season with a little sea salt and black pepper
