Hibiscus Pink Drink

Hibiscus Pink Drink
A visually appealing floral tea with a delightful sweet and sour flavor. Initially, I intended to brew only hibiscus tea (also known as roselle). Since I had some on hand, I added a few other pink flowers: peony, herbaceous peony, and rose. The resulting color is stunning! These dried flowers were purchased from Taobao, as supermarkets may not always carry peony and herbaceous peony.

  2. The flavor is naturally sweet and sour. If you prefer a sweeter taste, simply add honey once it cools slightly.

  3. Use a 1:1 ratio of the various flowers. The more hibiscus you add, the redder the color will be.
