Hibiscus Pink Drink
A visually appealing floral tea with a delightful sweet and sour flavor. Initially, I intended to brew only hibiscus tea (also known as roselle). Since I had some on hand, I added a few other pink flowers: peony, herbaceous peony, and rose. The resulting color is stunning! These dried flowers were purchased from Taobao, as supermarkets may not always carry peony and herbaceous peony.

How To Make
-
Rinse all the dried flowers briefly, place them in a cup or teapot, pour in hot water, and steep for a few moments.
-
The flavor is naturally sweet and sour. If you prefer a sweeter taste, simply add honey once it cools slightly.
-
Use a 1:1 ratio of the various flowers. The more hibiscus you add, the redder the color will be.
