How to Clean Pig Lungs
I love eating pig lungs, but I've never dared to buy them. Since I like them, I might as well prepare them myself.

When purchasing pig lungs, try to select whole ones without any cracks. Otherwise, it will be very difficult to clean them. Avoid cutting the blood vessels; if you do, don't expect to clean them thoroughly.

Direct the trachea towards the faucet and fill it with water until it expands significantly. You can visibly see it puffing up. Once filled, firmly squeeze it to expel the blood and water. Repeat this process until the lungs are completely clean.
