Oilseed Lettuce, Lettuce, Bamboo Shoots... Sesame Sauce Cold Salad
A cold dish often made at home in summer, convenient and refreshing; oilseed lettuce, lettuce, bamboo shoots, and Gongcai can all be mixed with this sesame sauce. They all belong to the Asteraceae Lactuca genus. After cleaning, soak in diluted saltwater and refrigerate for two hours for better taste. If you don't want to bother, you can skip this step as long as the leaves are fresh. It tastes crisp when raw. If you don't like raw vegetables, you can blanch them quickly in boiling water. Remember to immediately remove them from the water to avoid softening and affecting the texture.
