Quail Soup

Quail Soup
This delicious soup was actually a happy accident! (Please ignore the poorly edited photo; it’s just a leftover from my social media post.) It wasn't until I finished cooking and tasted it that I realized... the little bird my mom used to cook is actually a pigeon! Not a quail! Oh well, mistakes happen. This soup is incredibly delicious! So fresh and delightful that it'll make you want to swallow your tongue! Plus, it's very easy to make! Come and give it a try!
