Stir-fried Celery with Dried Tofu
During the New Year, we indulge in lavish feasts, savoring rich dishes. After the celebrations, it's common to feel a bit disheartened about weight gain. A refreshing stir-fry is a perfect remedy, eliminating greasiness and revitalizing the palate. Today, I’m excited to share a quick recipe for Stir-fried Celery with Dried Tofu, easy to make, delightfully fresh, nutritious, and budget-friendly.
Materials
Celery | 2 stalks |
Dried Tofu | 150 grams |
Vegetable Oil | 1 tablespoon |
Salt | to taste |
Chopped Scallions | to taste |
Oyster Sauce | 1 tablespoon |
Broth | 2 tablespoons |
How To Make

Prepare all the ingredients. Soak the dried tofu in cold water and cut it into small sections. Clean and chop the celery into small pieces and set aside.

Heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan, then add chopped scallions and sauté until fragrant.

Add the celery to the pan and stir-fry over high heat.

Stir in a tablespoon of premium oyster sauce.

Add two tablespoons of broth and continue to stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.

Drain the soaked dried tofu and add it to the pan.

Pour in two tablespoons of naturally brewed soy sauce and stir well.

Finally, sprinkle a little sea salt and chopped scallions, mix gently, and it’s ready to serve.
