Stir-Fried Pork with Brussels Sprouts

Brussels Sprouts 500 grams
Oil to taste
Salt to taste
Scallion 1 piece
Ginger 1 slice
Garlic 2 cloves
Pork 1 piece
Dark Soy Sauce to taste
Light Soy Sauce to taste
Cooking Wine to taste
Pepper to taste
Sugar to taste
Egg 1 piece

How To Make

  1. Thoroughly wash the Brussels sprouts, trim the ends, and cut them in half. Blanch them in boiling water with a pinch of salt for 10 minutes. Once cooked, remove and drain the water. Slice the pork and season with salt, cooking wine, and egg white. Mix well, add starch, and drizzle with oil to marinate. Stir-fry the pork until it changes color, then add scallions, ginger, and garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Add soy sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper, stir well, drizzle with oil, and plate.
