Cold Tossed Radish Sprouts
Fresh radish sprouts, blanched and served, a healthy green food.
Materials
Radish Sprouts | 250g |
Garlic Cloves | 2-3 pieces |
Salt | To taste |
Sugar | To taste |
Vinegar | To taste |
Sesame Oil | A little |
How To Make

Wash the radish sprouts and remove the roots.

Add a few drops of oil and 2 grams of salt to boiling water, then blanch the radish sprouts.

Immediately rinse with cold water to maintain the green color of the sprouts.

Crush the garlic cloves into a paste.

Add salt, sugar, vinegar, and sesame oil.
