How To Make

Chop scallions and ginger, then soak them in boiling water for ten minutes to create scallion-ginger water.

Clean and cut the pork into chunks.

Mince the pork and add salt, chicken essence, oyster sauce, cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, five-spice powder, and white pepper.

After mixing well, crack in an egg.

Mix thoroughly, then gradually add the soaked scallion-ginger water in three additions, stirring in one direction until fully absorbed before adding more.

Let it marinate for ten minutes to absorb the flavors.

Wash and cut the celery into sections.

Bring a pot of water to a boil and blanch the celery.
