How To Make

Blanch baby corn, mushrooms, carrots, and black fungus in boiling water.

Chop the blanched vegetables and prepare chopped scallions and ginger.

Add a little oil to the pan, then add pork belly. Stir-fry until some of the fat renders.

Add ginger and scallions, stir-fry briefly, then add cooking wine and soy sauce to season.

Add all the vegetables.

Add chicken powder and oyster sauce, then pour in a little water and continue to stir-fry for a while.
