Dry Pot Cauliflower
Materials
Cauliflower | half |
Pork Belly | appropriate amount |
Garlic | 3 cloves |
Dried Chili | 1 |
Oyster Sauce | 1 tablespoon |
Salt | to taste |
Sugar | to taste |
Soy Sauce | 1 tablespoon |
Sichuan Peppercorn | appropriate amount |
How To Make
-
Soak the cauliflower in lightly salted water for 10 minutes, then rinse and drain.
-
Prepare the ingredients.
-
1 tablespoon of light soy sauce.
-
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, then add a pinch of salt and sugar to prepare the sauce.
-
Heat some oil in the pan, add the Sichuan peppercorns, and fry on low to medium heat until fragrant.
-
Add the sliced pork and stir-fry slowly to release the fat.
-
Push the pork to one side of the pan, add garlic, green onion, and chili to stir-fry until fragrant.
-
Turn up the heat, add the cauliflower, and stir-fry. Pour in the sauce and continue stir-frying. If the cauliflower seems too dry, lower the heat, cover, and steam for a while until the cauliflower changes color and is cooked through. If you want it to be more flavorful, you can steam it a bit longer.
-
Serve hot. It's a delicious dish to accompany rice; you'll feel like you're missing something if you don't.
