Cold Tossed Lettuce Leaves That Everyone Loves 🥢

Materials
Green onions | to taste |
Garlic | 3 cloves |
Sugar | 1 tablespoon |
Soy sauce | 2 tablespoons |
Chili powder | to taste |
Chicken essence | 1 teaspoon |
Salt | 1 teaspoon |
Cooking oil | to taste |
Oyster sauce | 1 tablespoon |
Seasoning mix | 1 teaspoon |
How To Make

Prepare a handful of lettuce leaves and wash them thoroughly.

Chop them into small pieces according to your preferred length (although it might feel a bit odd 🤨).

Boil water, add a couple of drops of oil and a teaspoon of salt (this helps to keep the leaves greener), and blanch the lettuce leaves for one minute.

Remove and rinse them in cold water, then squeeze out the excess water and set aside.

Top with shredded green onions, chili powder, minced garlic, and seasoning mix.

Pour hot oil over the top.

Add a tablespoon of sugar, two tablespoons of soy sauce, a tablespoon of oyster sauce, and optionally a couple of drops of sesame oil; mix well.
