Cold Dandelion Salad
Dandelion, a type of chrysanthemum also known as bitter vegetable or dog-tooth lettuce, has antibacterial, antipyretic, anti-inflammatory, and vision-enhancing properties. With a slightly bitter taste and vibrant green color, dandelion can be stir-fried or served cold, making it a delightful dish for cooling and detoxifying.
Materials
Dandelion | 1 head |
Onion | half |
How To Make
-
Clean the dandelion and cut it into sections (you can also tear it by hand).
-
Slice the onion (my knife cut it a bit thick).
-
Mix vinegar, soy sauce, salt, and sugar to create a dressing. Toss the dandelion in this mixture.
-
Next, prepare some shredded meat.
-
Once the oil in the pan is hot, add the shredded meat and two small red chilies. Season with salt and dark soy sauce for color, and be careful not to overcook the meat.
-
Pour the cooked meat over the dandelion. The sizzling sound is so satisfying...
-
Just mix everything together.
