Green Bean Sprouts in Supreme Soup
During the scorching summer in Guangzhou, with temperatures soaring above 35 degrees Celsius, I prepared a refreshing Green Bean Sprout in Supreme Soup for my family.
Materials
Green Bean Sprouts | 250g |
Garlic | 3 cloves |
Ham | 50g |
Scallion | 1 piece |
Carrot | Half a piece |
Salt | A pinch |
Peanut Oil | A little |
How To Make

1. Chop the garlic finely, cut half of the scallion into segments, and prepare some scallion greens. Cut the carrot and ham into pieces.

2. Heat some sesame oil in the pan, stir-fry the scallion segments, minced garlic, carrot strips, and ham for 1 minute until fragrant.

3. Add water, and once it's boiling, add the green bean sprouts. Cook on high heat for 10 minutes.

4. Add a pinch of salt and sprinkle some scallion greens to finish and serve!
