How To Make

1. Sauce: - Cut the tomatoes into quarters and remove the pulp and seeds. Dice the tomatoes and place them in a cup. - Add chopped onions, garlic, and chili. - Season with olive oil. 2. Bitter Lettuce: - Tear the bitter lettuce apart, and mix with salad dressing, guacamole, and tomato sauce, then add the shrimp. 3. Guacamole: 2 Avocados, 50g Onion, 20g Red Chili, 100ml Lime Juice, 5g Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 20g Fresh Cilantro, diced Tomatoes Seasoning: Salt, Pepper. Slice the avocados in half and remove the pit. - Using a spoon, scoop the flesh into a bowl and mash it. - Add chopped onions and chili, along with diced tomatoes and cilantro, mixing well. - Pour in the olive oil and lime juice, add salt and pepper to taste, and stir until combined.
