Materials
To Taste | |
Bitter Chrysanthemum | 1 Bunch |
Light Soy Sauce | 0.5 Tablespoon |
Salt | 2 Grams |
Rice Vinegar | 2 Tablespoons |
White Sugar | 1 Tablespoon |
Sesame Oil | To Taste |
How To Make
-
Wash and dry the bitter chrysanthemum, then tear it into small pieces.
-
Add a pinch of salt (about 2 grams) to the dried bitter chrysanthemum. Since canned anchovies are salty, use less salt; adjust according to taste if yours aren't salty. Mix in half a tablespoon of light soy sauce, some white sugar, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Finally, incorporate an appropriate amount of canned anchovies along with some of the oil for extra flavor.
