Pea Shoots with Century Egg and Salted Egg in Broth
After a week of rain, the vegetables in the field have grown wildly. I picked a basket of pea shoots to enjoy a tender organic meal.

Salted Egg | 1 |
Clear Chicken Broth | 1 can |
Garlic | 4 cloves |
Lard | 1 tablespoon |
Goji Berries | a pinch |
Fish Sauce | 0.5 teaspoon |
How To Make

Prepare the ingredients: boil the salted egg until cooked, and mince the garlic.

Heat lard and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, then add the pea shoots and stir-fry until soft. Pour in clear chicken broth, goji berries, diced century egg, and salted egg.

Bring to a boil, then turn off the heat and add fish sauce for added flavor.
