There are many types of dumpling fillings, including various vegetables, seafood, and mushrooms. I have never tried bitter chrysanthemum in a filling, which was suggested by my husband. Usually, we only use bitter chrysanthemum in cold dishes or hot pot, so I approached this as an experiment.

How To Make
