Oil and Vinegar Endive Salad

How To Make

Prepare one portion of endive, cherry tomatoes, and a boiled egg.

Wash the vegetables thoroughly, soak them in salted water for a few minutes, tear the endive, and cut the cherry tomatoes and egg into small pieces.

Place the mixture in a bowl and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Add 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.
