Materials
Water | 1000 grams |
Rice Paste Powder | 2 packs |
Fish Mint (Houttuynia cordata) | 250 grams |
Sugar | 200 grams |
Milk | 150 ml |
How To Make
-
Wash and chop the fish mint (Houttuynia cordata), then add it to 1500 grams of water. Bring it to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in the sugar until dissolved.
-
From the large package, take two small bags and dissolve them in two bowls of water to create a smooth, lump-free rice paste.
-
Combine the rice paste with two bowls of the prepared fish mint water, whisking until evenly mixed to create a soup-like base. Pour the boiling fish mint water into the mixture, stirring quickly for 3 minutes before removing from heat.
-
Divide the mixture into two plates and allow it to cool naturally, which will take about 30 minutes outdoors.
-
Let it cool outdoors until thoroughly set. (Ignore my hand in the photo.)
-
Cut the jellies into even pieces, avoiding large chunks. The size depends on your preference.

Add chilled mineral water.
-
Cut into small square pieces.
