Oyster Sauce 1 tablespoon

How To Make

  1. Separate the white and green parts of the garlic shoots and slice them. Slice the shiitake mushrooms and red chili for later use. The red chili I used here is not spicy at all; it's just for color. If you like it spicy, feel free to replace it with small chili peppers.
