Stir-Fried Fish Mint with Eggs
On May Day, I picked a good amount of wild fish mint by the riverside.

How To Make

Wash the fish mint and drain the excess water.

Heat oil in a pan, pour in the egg mixture and scramble until cooked on one side (you can also separate the eggs for a softer texture), then add garlic slices and bacon.

Once the bacon is cooked, push it to one side and add the fish mint, stir-fry and season with salt before serving.

Dish is ready to serve.
