Stir-Fried Garlic Sprouts with Smoked Tofu
It's the season for garlic sprouts, and they can be stir-fried with just about anything, haha!
Materials
Garlic Sprouts | 2 stalks |
Smoked Tofu | 6 pieces |
Doubanjiang | 1 tablespoon |
Green and Red Peppers |
How To Make

This smoked tofu from Hema is quite delicious and has a nice chewy texture.

Cut the smoked tofu, garlic sprouts, and green and red peppers into thin strips; they don't need to be too fine.

Heat oil in the pan, then add a spoonful of your favorite doubanjiang (spicy broad bean paste) and stir-fry until aromatic. Add the garlic sprouts and peppers.

Add the smoked tofu and stir-fry. Since we prefer less salt, I didn’t add any; just taste for seasoning before finishing.
