Materials

Garlic Sprouts 2 stalks
Smoked Tofu 6 pieces
Doubanjiang 1 tablespoon
Green and Red Peppers

  2. Cut the smoked tofu, garlic sprouts, and green and red peppers into thin strips; they don't need to be too fine.

  3. Heat oil in the pan, then add a spoonful of your favorite doubanjiang (spicy broad bean paste) and stir-fry until aromatic. Add the garlic sprouts and peppers.
