Crush the garlic, chop it into small pieces, slice the scallions diagonally, and cut the cilantro into sections.

Wash the chicory and cut it into sections.

Heat a suitable amount of oil in a pan, add the garlic to sauté until fragrant, then add light soy sauce and chicory. Stir-fry as chicory cooks quickly, adding the right amount of salt, followed by scallions and cilantro. Mix well and serve.
