Stir-fried Chinese Sausage with Garlic Sprouts - Incredibly Tasty and Great with Rice
Homemade Chinese sausage prepared for the New Year, paired with some stir-fried garlic sprouts, is incredibly delicious with rice!
Materials
Chinese sausage | 2 pieces |
Garlic sprouts | a handful |
Ginger | 4 slices |
Soy sauce | 1 teaspoon |
Carrot | a small piece |
How To Make

Prepare two Chinese sausages.

Slice them into pieces.

Wash the garlic sprouts thoroughly.

Cut them into chunks.

Prepare some carrot slices for color.

Slice some ginger and get everything ready.

Heat the pan, add some oil, and place the sausages in.

Stir-fry the sausages until they change color, then add the ginger.

Add a dash of soy sauce.

This will enhance the appearance.

Add the root of the garlic sprouts first and stir-fry for a bit.

Next, add the carrots and stir-fry, and then add a little water.

Finally, add the leafy parts of the garlic sprouts and stir-fry.
