Mung Bean Sprout Cakes
After indulging in too much meat during the festivities, my family member craved some mung bean cakes, so let’s make them!
Materials
Mung bean sprouts | 120 grams |
Eggs | 2 |
Glutinous rice flour | 120 grams |
Salt | 5 grams |
Pepper | A pinch (optional) |
Cooking oil | For frying (adjust based on your household's usage) |
How To Make

Wash the mung bean sprouts and cut them into small sections.

Add eggs, salt, and a dash of pepper.

Incorporate water-milled glutinous rice flour.

Mix thoroughly and then it's ready to cook.

Heat a little oil in a pancake maker, pour in the batter, and fry until golden brown on both sides.
